Payment: Payment, plus $20 per room key and damage deposit is required at check-in. Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa and Discover. Check-in: 3:00 pm, earlier times cannot be guaranteed. Check-out: 11:00 am, later check-outs will be charged a late check-out fee. Office Hours: 8:00 am - midnight during summer. Spring and Fall hours are according to ferry schedules. If you are unable to arrive during these hours, please call the office or number posted on lobby door. Deposit Policy: A deposit of one night's stay per room, due 2 weeks from the date reservation is made, is required to hold reservation. Reservations made within 2 weeks of arrival are charged to a Visa, Mastercard or Discover at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received more than 7 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $10 cancellation fee per unit reserved. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will forfeit all monies. Daily Maid Service: Make-ups are done daily. Full maid service can be done on request for a nominal fee. Reservations for 5 nights or longer receive 1 mid-week cleaning. Extra Person Charge: Rates are based on one to four people. Rollaway beds are available for $20 per night. Children 16 years and under stay free if sharing same room as parents.
Cars: Cars are not needed on the island. We recommend you park them at the ferry lots.
